The service we provide is based entirely on your requirements. We are bespoke because we are flexible in our our approach to suit your needs. Every client is different and every situation unique, that's why we listen to what you want. Of course we will offer advice based on our expert local knowledge and offer suggestions based on our experience, however the property options we present will be based on the criteria you have selected.

Enquiry Form

After viewing the information on our website and asking any further questions you may have, and once you are ready for us to help you find your dream property, we ask you to complete our detailed enquiry form.

The form is designed to get a full understanding of what you are looking for and answer the following basic questions:

When are you looking to purchase a property abroad? - This is necessary to gauge the timeline for our feedback and inform you of any known changes that may be imminent.
What is your reason for looking to buy property abroad? - This helps us understand your future plans and enables us to find the right properties for your individual needs.
How is your lifestyle and how do you see it going forward? - We need this to consider your likely future requirements and advice on how this can best be achieved.
The style of property that interests you? - With so many property options to choose, it is important for us to know the style and character of the property we are looking for and the essential features that you would look to have in your home.
Your preferred location, characteristics and amenities? - As in the UK, every locations has it's pros and cons, so understanding your priorities in this respect allows to to better meet your requirements.
Your budget range? - Quite an obvious one, but with knowing how much you plan to spend, we can narrow our search to this aspect of your criteria and to include all likely costs within your budget.

Follow Up

Following our review of your 'Enquiry Form' we will make initial contact by phone or video call at a convenient time of your choosing to discuss your requirements further and for both us and you to ask any further questions.

Although it may be technically possible to show a few proposed properties remotely, in our experience this is undesirable as with the real estate market in general, properties can be snapped up at any time, it is difficult to show a property in it's true light through video alone and the local neighbourhood and amenities can't be shown or imagined in this way.

We therefore deem it essential for all of our clients, seriously considering buying a property in Marrakech to make a short visit to view your bespoke selection in person, even those who have visited Marrakech before. We would recommend stays of at least 1 night, with viewings spread over 2 days as a minimum and a bit longer if you wish to see Marrakech as a potential home as opposed to a fleeting tourist visit.

Once you are happy to commit to a visit to the 'Red City', we will require the following:

Your proposed flight dates and times? - To enable us to both manage adequate time with our local property experts and your private driver.
Duration of your visit and what you need to see? - This will enable us to ensure that adequate time and resources are available and that your requirements are met.
Any other services you will require? - Whether this is arranging suitable accommodation, meetings with related experts or even arranging further leisure services to supplement your visit.

Our Service

Following our review of the 'follow up' requirements, we will begin our search for your dream home based entirely on your submitted criteria and additional discussions we have had. The number of properties we will make available for viewing will depend on your exact requirements. Of course something very unusual or with a high number of specific requirements may mean that the number of available properties are limited, however, in general we will look to provide between 4 and 6 suitable homes for you to view.

Our Commitment To You will include the following:

A dedicated driver - Who will be English speaking, knowledgable and who will pick you up from the airport and be available to you exclusively for your entire stay (or the part arranged by us).
Selection of suitable viewings - Arranged according to your trip duration and requirements and each giving you sufficient time to properly view both the property and surroundings and also time to ask questions.
Access to additional experts where requested - Please note however, that where your visits falls on a weekend or public holiday, lawyers etc. may not be available, but this will be communicated in advance.
Review of your findings - Upon your return we will discuss your findings, next steps and full assistance with a purchase, should this be your decision. We may also be able to answer questions during your visit, depending on availability.
Conclusion of purchase - Continued assistance until you receive the keys and even afterwards should you need our help.

We will not engage in any form of pressure selling nor will any of our experts on location. This is your dream and any purchase you make will be entirely your decision. We are just here to help make your dream home in Marrakech, a reality.
